摘要
目的观察穴位按摩配合综合护理治疗小儿脑瘫流涎症的临床疗效。方法选取浙江衢化医院康复医学科2017年8月至2018年5月收治的脑瘫流涎症患儿54例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各27例。对照组给予综合护理,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上结合中医穴位按摩,每日1次,每次30 min。2组均以20 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后,采用教师流涎分级法(TDS)比较治疗前后流涎分级的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为88.89%,显著高于对照组的55.56%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医穴位按摩配合综合护理干预治疗小儿脑瘫流涎症疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage cooperated with comprehensive nursing in the treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy with ptyalism. Methods Fifty-four cases of pediatric cerebral palsy with ptyalism admitted to department of rehabilitation medicine of Zhejiang Quhua Hospital from August 2017 to May 2018 were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 27 cases in each.The control group was given comprehensive nursing,the treatment group was combined with TCM acupoint massage,once per day,30 minutes per time. Both groups were treated for 3 consecutive courses of treatment with 20 days as one course of treatment.Teacher Drooling Scale (TDS) was used to compare the changes of drooling grading before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%,which was significantly higher than 55.56% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion It has satisfactory curative effect to use TCM acupoint massage cooperated with comprehensive nursing in intervention treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy with ptyalism.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
