右旋氯胺酮临床应用的研究进展 被引量:48

摘要 近年来右旋氯胺酮在欧美国家已广泛使用,而国内普遍使用的仍为消旋氯胺酮,右旋氯胺酮是氯胺酮的同分异构体,在药效、可控性、副作用等方面明显优于消旋氯胺酮。文章通过简介右旋氯胺酮的药理特性及作用机制,综述该药物的临床应用包括麻醉、疼痛治疗、疾病诊疗等,以及目前的相关研究进展,为右旋氯胺酮更加合理安全地应用于临床提供参考,同时也为未来研究者提供新的思路。 S(+)-ketamine has been widely used in Europe and America in recent years, but racemic ketamine is still commonly used in our country. Compared with ketamine, S(+)-ketamine has a better action in anesthesia and analgesics, with remarkable improvement in adverse effects. This review briefly introduces the pharmacological properties and mechanism of S(+)-ketamine, and describes the agent′s clinical application and recent research advances. It will provide a safer and more reasonable guidance in clinical anesthesia and give a new thought to researchers in the future.
