摘要 BIM技术和装配式建筑是当前我国大力推广的两个应用热点,具有极高的战略意义,但当前在两个热点的应用上却不尽人意,除为数不多的企业和研究部门在积极应用和研究外,大部分企业和研究部门都保持观望或被动跟进。究其原因,除了拘泥于惯性思维模式外,更多的是对关键技术缺乏准确的理解。本文在对装配式建筑和BIM技术进行全面分析的基础上,提出实现标准化是当前装配式建筑的关键,利用BIM创建标准化构件库是将二者有机融合的有效途径,从而体现BIM的全寿命周期优势,并进一步推动我国建筑业实现工业化、产业化的新发展。 The use of BIM technology and the promotion of fabricated buildings are two application hotspots that China is vigorously promoting, and have extremely high strategic significance. However, the current process is not satisfactory. Except for a small number of enterprises and research departments that are actively applying research, most of them are expecting or passively following up.The reason, in addition to sticking to the inertial thinking mode, is more about the lack of accurate understanding of its key technologies. Based on the comprehensive analysis of fabricated buildings and BIM technology, proposing the standardization is the key to current assembly buildings. Using BIM to create a standardized component library is an effective way to integrate the two, thus reflecting the life cycle advantage of BIM and further promoting the new development of industrialization in China’s construction industry.
