摘要
随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,超高层办公楼越来越多,这种项目一般基地小、空间密闭、人流量大、疏散困难、火灾危险性高,为保证人员和财产安全,防火救灾设计非常重要。基于此,本文以平安国际金融中心项目为案例,对消防设计进行了研究探讨。
In the process of urbanization in our country, there are more and more super high-rise office buildings in our country with the features of small base, closed space, large flow of people, difficult evacuation and high fire risk. In order to ensure the safety of the personnel and the property, the fire and disaster relief design of super high rise is very important. In this paper, the fire protection design is studied and discussed in the case of Ping’an International Financial Center project.
