摘要 本工程属于超限高层建筑,采用不同分析软件对此高层进行抗震性能化设计、弹性时程分析、静力弹塑性分析,针对超限情况制定详细措施,对结构薄弱部位采取相应的加强措施。结果表明,通过选用合理的设计措施,原结构的不规则性得到有效控制,结构各项计算指标可以较好地满足规范要求,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。 This project is a tall building beyond code limits. Performance-based seismic design, elastic time history analysis and elastoplastic pushover analysis of the tall building are carried out with different analysis software. Detailed measures are given for the beyond code limits situation, and corresponding strengthening measures are taken for the weak parts of the structure. The results show that the irregularity of the original structure is effectively controlled by using reasonable design measures. The calculation indexes of the structure can better meet the requirements of the standards, the structure is safe and reliable, and the structure design is feasible.
