摘要
目的观察盐酸西替利嗉片口服及丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用联合养血祛风止痒汤口服治疗湿疹的疗效。方法选取2017年8月-2018年5月期间小东庄社区卫生服务中心中医科门诊收治的湿疹患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组口服盐酸西替利嗪片及外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏,观察组在口服盐酸西替利嗪片及外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏的基础上联合应用养血祛风止痒汤口服。观察并比较两组患者治疗1周后总有效率及停止治疗半年后的复发率。结果治疗1周后,观察组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为87.5%。半年后观察组复发率为1 2.5%,对照组复发率为27.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸西替利嗪片口服及丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用,联合养血祛风止痒汤口服治疗湿疹的疗效确切且复发率低。
Objective To observe the curative effect of cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with Yangxue Qufeng Zhiyang Decoction on eczema.Methods 80 patients with eczema admitted to the outpatient department of TCM of Xiaodongzhuang Community Health Service Center from August 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and hydrocortisone butyrate cream for external use.The observation group was treated with Yangxue Qufeng Zhiyang Decoction on the basis of cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and hydrocortisone butyrate cream for external use.To observe and compare the total effective rate of the two groups after 1 week of treatment and recurrence rate half a year of discontinuation of treatment.Results After one week of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,and that of the control group was 87.5%.Six months later,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 12.5%,and that of the control group was 27.5%.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with Yangxue Qufeng Zhiyang Decoction are effective in the treatment of eczema with low recurrence rate.
