某窑尾烟气脱硝工程职业病危害因素现状调查

摘要 目的评价某建材公司窑尾烟气脱硝工程在试生产中产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,观察防毒降噪等措施的效果。方法根据原辅材料、生产工艺过程等调查资料,对现场职业病危害因素进行检测,将职业健康检查结果对照相关法律及标准进行控制效果评价。结果该工程产生主要职业病危害因素中,氨浓度为0.07~7.3 mg/m^3,一氧化碳浓度为0.2~1.9 mg/m^3,二氧化碳浓度为85.8~764.4 mg/m^3,二氧化氮浓度为0.01~0.08mg/m^3,二氧化硫浓度为<0.6 mg/m^3,噪声等效声级为78.5~84.4 dB(A),均符合国家职业卫生接触限值。结论该项目为职业病危害严重的项目,试运行期间生产平稳、防毒降噪设施运行正常,职业病危害因素可防可控,职业病防护措施可行、有效,可以进行职业卫生竣工验收。 Objective To evaluate the occupational hazard factors and harm degree in the pilot production of a building materials company’s kiln tail flue gas denitrification project,and to observe the effect of antitoxic and noise reduction measures.Methods According to the investigation data of raw and auxiliary materials and production processes,the occupational disease hazard factors were detected on the spot,and the control effect was evaluated by comparing the results of occupational health examination with relevant laws and standards.Results Among the main occupational hazard factors of the project, ammonia concentration was 0.07-7.3 mg/m^3,carbon monoxide concentration was 0.2-1.9 mg/m^3 carbon dioxide concentration was 85.8-764.4 mg/m^3, nitrogen dioxide concentration was 0.01-0.08 mg/m^3,sulfur dioxide concentration was less than 0.6 mg/m^3,noise equivalent sound level was 78.5-84.4 dB(A),which all met the national occupational health exposure limits.Conclusion The project is a project with serious occupational hazards.During the trial run,the production is stable,the anti-toxic and noise reduction facilities are running normally,the occupational hazards factors can be prevented and controlled,the occupational disease protection measures are feasible and effective,and the occupational health completion acceptance can be carried out.
