摘要
目的建立快速测定小柴胡颗粒中黄芩苷含量的近红外定量模型。方法以高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定小柴胡颗粒中黄芩苷的含量,运用近红外技术收集小柴胡颗粒的近红外光谱图,采用一阶导数的预处理方法,通过偏最小二乘回归法建立黄芩苷含量测定的近红外定量分析模型,并对已建立的定量模型进行验证。结果建立的黄芩苷校正模型的相关系数(R)为98.93,校正均方差(RMSEC)为0.181。结论结果表明该方法简便高效,建立的模型性能良好,预测准确度较高。
OBJECTIVE A novel method,near-infrared( NIR) quantitative model,is applied to develop rapid determination technique of baicalinin Xiaochaihu granules. METHODS HPLC was used to determine the content of baicalin. And NIR to collect samples of different batched,spectral preprocessing method using standard normal variate plus first derivative etc. The quantitative model( QM) was established for baicalin. The QM were verified by different sample. RESULTS The correlation coefficient was 98.93 and the RMSEC was 0. 181. CONCLUSION The established method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Xiaochaihu granules.
