摘要
运用协同优势理论,以体育中的集体行动困境为研究对象,运用文献资料和逻辑分析的方法,对体育中的集体行动困境进行了剖析。以协同优势开展中的五个维度(目标、权利、信任、角色和领导力)为切入点,讨论得出体育中集体行动困境的形成主要源于目标错综复杂、“权利点”固化、信任难以建立、角色定位模糊和领导力沦为“统治力”五个方面,即体育中集体行动的困境在于,缺少治理的协同是无法成型的。对此,本研究提出以下对策来解开体育中的集体行动困境:协调不同层次的目标、构建集体权利体系、建立集体信任理念和发展角色转化能力。
Using the theory of synergy advantage,taking the dilemma of collective action in sports as the study object,by methods of documentation and logic analysis,the study analyzes the predicament of collective action in sports.Taking five dimensions in the development of synergy advantages (target,rights,trust,role and leadership) as points of contact,it concludes that the dilemma of collective action in sports is mainly from the complexity of the goal,the solidification of "the right point",the difficulty of building trust,the ambiguity of role positioning,and the dominant transition of leadership.It means that the dilemma of collective action in sports depends on lack of governance synergy,which is impossible to shape.In this regard,the following countermeasures are proposed to solve the dilemma of collective action in sports:to coordinate the goals of different levels,to build collective rights system,to establish the concept of collective trust and to develop the ability to transform roles.
