摘要
目的分析三级双路径护理质量管理模式下的护理质量控制效果和应用价值。方法选取我院50名护理人员,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25人。对照组采取常规护理管理模式,观察组采取三级双路径护理质量管理模式,即护理科三级双路径质量管理控质和科室内部的三级双路径质量管理控质。同时每组选取50例患者分别接受上述两组方法的管理,对比两组护理人员的管理结果。结果观察组的护理人员通过三级双路径护理质量管理后,物品完好率、护理、记录及操作合格率等均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论实施三级双路径护理质量管理模式,护理质量控制效果和应用价值均得到明显提高,医护人员的管理意识和积极性也得到明显提高,其管理模式更加规范。
Objective To analyze the effect and application value of nursing quality control under three-level and two-path nursing quality management mode.Methods 50 nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation,25 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing management mode,while the observation group adopted three-level and two-path nursing quality management mode.At the same time 50 patients were divided and managed by the two methods.The management results of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the observation group had higher intact rate of articles,qualified rate of nursing,qualified rate of records and qualified rate of operation than those in the control group (P<0.05).The observation group also had higher satisfaction degree than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion After carrying out hospital- level and department- level three-level and two-path nursing quality management mode in our hospital,the effect and application value of nursing quality control have been significantly improved,the management consciousness and enthusiasm of medical staff have also been significantly improved and the management model has become more standardized.
