摘要
针对核级直行程气动装置在抗震试验中发生的问题,根据用户信息反馈,结合实际设计经验,给出了增强核级直行程气动装置抗震性能的改进措施,全面分析了改进工作原理及研发思路,从减轻重量降低重心位置、增加固定支架、改进材质、管路附件加固四个方面入手,改进结构,引入先进设计经验,提高了气动装置的结构刚性和抗震性能,并且通过鉴定,获得用户认可,在有关核电项目中投产使用。
Troubles from anti-seismic tests of nuclear grade straight stroke pneumatic actuators,feedback from users information and combined with practical design experience are used in giving the improvement measures for strengthening the anti-seismic performances of the nuclear straight stroke pneumatic actuators.A comprehensive analysis of improving the working principles and developing the research idea.To improve the structure from four aspects:reducing weight to reducing the center of gravity,increasing the fixed bracket,improving the material and strengthening the pipeline accessories.With the introduction of advanced design experiences,the structural rigidity and anti-seismic performance of the pneumatic actuators have been improved.It has been recognized by users and has been put into operation in the relevant nuclear power projects.
