摘要
当前,不少钢厂过分追求产量与效益最大化,导致设备运转率大增,不仅对钢厂设备维修工作造成了极大压力,还导致该领域安全事故频发.基于此,重点探讨了钢厂设备安全管理要点,并就钢厂检修模式展开分析,以保障钢厂设备运行过程的安全性与可靠性.
At present,many steel mills are excessively pursuing the maximization of output and efficiency,resulting in a large increase in the operating rate of equipment.This has not only caused great pressure on the maintenance of steel equipment,but also caused frequent safety accidents in this field.Based on this,the key points of safety management of steel plant equipment are discussed,and the steel plant maintenance mode is analyzed to ensure the safety and reliability of the steel plant equipment operation process.
