摘要
风机偏航控制作为风电机组关键技术环节,对风电机组安全、经济运行具有重要作用。该文介绍了福家田风电场风力发电机偏航系统的结构原理,分析了偏航系统运行过程中的典型故障现象及远程处置方法,并归纳整理出风机偏航系统远程监控其他注意事项及日常巡检维护要求,为同类型机组远程集控运行质量的提升、机组运行异常时远程处理控制的规范、风电场风能利用效率的提高、机组安全控制的保障提供了技术参考。
As the key technology of wind turbine, yaw control of wind turbine plays an important role in the safe and economic operation of wind turbine. This paper introduces the structure and principle of the yaw system of wind turbine in Fujiatian Wind Farm, analyses the typical faults in the operation of the yaw system and the remote disposal methods, and summarizes other matters needing attention in the remote monitoring of the yaw system of wind turbine and the requirements of daily patrol and maintenance. It provides technical reference for the improvement of remote centralized control operation quality of the same type of units, the regulation of remote processing control for abnormal operation of units, the improvement of wind energy utilization efficiency of wind farms and the assurance of unit safety control.
