摘要
路政管理与执法是依照相关的法律、法规,对道路、公路进行维护,并对周边的环境和超限、超载车辆进行合法的治理等。为使道路、公路有效地发挥其社会与经济效益,路政管理及执法的工作就显得非常重要。基于此,论文通过对路政管理及执法进行简要概述,对现阶段路政管理及执法中存在的一些问题进行分析,并对如何优化路政管理及执法进行浅析,进而对路政管理及执法的社会意义与经济价值进行简要分析。
Road administration and law enforcement are to maintain roads and highways in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and to legitimately manage the surrounding environment and overloaded vehicles. In order to make roads and highways play their social and economic benefits effectively, the work of road administration and law enforcement is very important. Based on this, through a brief overview of road administration and law enforcement, this paper analyzes some problems existing in road administration and law enforcement at the present stage, and analyzes how to optimize road administration and law enforcement, and then makes a brief analysis of the social significance and economic value of road administration and law enforcement.
