摘要
企业的有效发展离不开优秀的管理者,而管理者并不是完美的。论文通过比较管理与领导的不同以及分析领导者独有的特质,发觉如果为了使企业的发展更具可持续的竞争力,建议企业应注重领导力的培养。
The effective development of enterprises cannot be separated from excellent managers. But managers aren't perfect. By comparing the differences between management and leadership and analyzing the unique characteristics of leaders, this paper finds that in order to make the development of enterprises more sustainable and competitive, it suggests that enterprises should pay attention to the cultivation of leadership.
