摘要
在现代企业管理制度中,民主管理是普通员工积极参与公司事务的重要形式,也是企业管理未来发展的一个重要方向。论文主要针对新时期企业民主管理存在的问题进行探究,指出相关的解决方法和途径。
In the modern enterprise management system, democratic management is an important form for ordinary employees to actively participate in the affairs of the company, and it is also an important direction for the future development of enterprise management. This paper mainly probes into the problems existing in the democratic management of enterprises in the new period, and points out the relevant solutions and ways.
