摘要
为提高沥青路面抗滑性能、保障车辆行驶安全,研究了不同沥青路面抗滑性影响规律和抗滑薄层材料路用特性。研究发现,沥青混合料试样在加速磨耗作用下,表面构造深度与摩擦系数均随磨耗时间加长逐渐降低,沥青混合料SMA-13抗滑性优于AC-13且玄武岩试样抗滑性较好;不同温度下AC-13抗滑性初始值相近,其表面摩擦系数和构造深度随作用时间加长终值相差较大,试验温度60℃、作用时间7h时分别减小了39.8%、42.5%;抗滑薄层路面试样在相同磨耗时间后,其抗滑性明显优于试样涂抹抗滑薄层材料前,且抹抗滑薄层材料提供的粘结力,保证了抗滑薄层路面试样具有良好剪切强度和粘结强度。
In order to improve the anti-sliding performance of asphalt pavement and ensure the safety of vehicle driving,the influence law of the anti-slip property of different asphalt pavements and the road characteristics of anti-sliding thin layer materials were studied.It is found that under the accelerated wear,the surface structure depth and friction coefficient of the asphalt mixture sample decrease with the wear time,and the asphalt mixture SMA-13 has better sliding resistance than AC-13 and the basalt sample has better sliding resistance.The initial values of AC-13 slip resistance are similar at different temperatures,and the surface friction coefficient and the structural depth vary greatly with the extension of the action time.The values was reduced by 39.8%and 42.5%,respectively,at 60℃for 7h.After the same wear time,the anti-slip thin-layer pavement sample has better anti-slip property than the sample before applying the anti-slip thin layer material,and the adhesion provided by the anti-slip thin layer material ensures the anti-slip thin layer.The pavement samples have good shear strength and bond strength.
