摘要
采用三维划线测量仪对压气机气缸合格性进行检测,论述了气缸10个管口之间的小搭子,包括R65、R92、R55、Ф181搭子,管口和中分面法兰检测的步骤和方法。其中,中分面法兰采用模样检测方法,为清理工序和修补铸件提供依据。该设备结构复杂,是整个燃气轮机中承受温度最高的部位,其性能要求高,对其参数合格性检测难度大。该技术方案对同类设备检测具有一定的参考价值。
The qualifications of compressor cylinder were tested by three dimensional marking measuring instrument.The steps and methods of testing small laps between 10 cylinder nozzles,including R65,R92,R 55,and?181 laps,nozzles and mid-faceted flanges were discussed.Among them,the pattern detection method was used for the middle flange,which provided basis for cleaning process and repairing castings.The structure of the equipment is complex,and it is the highest temperature bearing part of the whole gas turbine.Its performance requirements are high,and it is difficult to test its parameters.The technical scheme has certain reference value for similar equipment detection.
