摘要
混合冷剂换热器作为天然气液化流程中的关键设备,主要用于冷却/冷凝多级压缩介质(混合冷剂)。针对采用内波外螺纹管/螺旋折流板结构的海水混合冷剂换热器,以氮气作为试验介质,完成壳侧冷却试验,并将试验结果与经典传热关联式计算结果进行对比。结果表明,茹卡乌斯卡斯(Zhukauskas)流体横掠叉排管束平均表面传热系数计算关联式较适合用于计算螺旋折流板换热器壳侧冷却传热系数。研究结果为混合冷剂换热器传热与流动特性的深入研究奠定基础。
As the key equipment in the natural gas liquefaction plants,the mixed cryogen heat exchangers are mainly used for cooling/condensing the multistage compression medium(mixed cryogen).According to the seawater mixed cryogen heat exchanger with corrugated low fined tube/helical baffles structure,the shell side cooling experiments is carried out using the nitrogen as the test medium,and the experiment results are compared with the results calculated by classical heat transfer correlation formulas.The result shows that Zhukauskas correlation formula for calculating the average surface heat transfer coefficient of flowing cross tube bundles is more suitable for calculating the heat transfer coefficient of the shell side of the helical baffle heat exchanger.The results lays a good foundation for the research on heat transfer and flow characteristics of mixed cryogen heat exchanger.
