摘要
改革开放初期,中国特色社会主义文化建设因其特殊的历史文化背景而肩负着双重任务,既要解决人们对改革开放、对社会主义制度的思想认识问题,又要恢复和发展社会主义文化。在实践中,党重新确立了马克思列宁主义毛泽东思想作为文化建设的指导思想,明确了文化建设的指导方针,厘清了文化建设的价值导向,同时恢复了知识分子的社会地位,使其成为中国特色社会主义文化建设的主力军。改革开放初期的社会主义文化建设为改革开放的持续推进和社会主义制度的巩固发展起到了保驾护航的作用,也为新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设奠定了基础,留下了启示。
The Chinese Communist Party started the construction of socialist culture under the special historical and cultural background of the initial stage of reform and opening-up,which is confronted with dual mission.One is promoting the people’s understanding of the socialist system and the policies of reform and opening-up,the other is restoring and developing the socialist culture.In ten-year’s practice,the Chinese Communist Party re-established the Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought as the guiding ideology of cultural construction,clarified the guiding principles of cultural construction and the value orientation of cultural construction,and restored the social status of intellectuals,making them the main force of socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics.In general,the cultural construction during this period determined the direction and cleared up the train of thought for later cultural development which kept the continuous promotion of reform and opening-up and the consolidation and development of the socialist system.And it is also laid the foundation and brought enlightenment to the construction of the Chinese characteristic socialist culture in the new era.
