摘要
办公室是学校管理的中枢,是高校战略管理的重要部分。在民办高校中,不断优化办公室管理体系对学校转型发展意义重大。但大多民办高校办公室的管理体系不完善,有很大纽;漏。因此,在新时代背景下,在学校转型发展背景下,创新民办高校办公室管理工作已刻不容缓,必须改进和创新民办高校办公室的管理模式,激发办公室人员的创新思想,才能为民办高校转型发展添砖加瓦。
The office is the central hub of school management and an important part of the strategic management of colleges and universities.In private colleges and universities,the continuous optimization of office management system is of great significance to the transformation and development of the school.However,the management system of most private colleges and universities is imperfect with numerous flaws.Therefore,under the background of the new era and the transformation and development of the school,it is a must to innovate the office management work of private colleges and universities.Only when we improve and innovate the office management model of the private colleges and universities as well as inspire the innovative ideas of the office staff can we add more fuel to the transformation and development of the private colleges and universities.
