摘要
目的探究硫辛酸、前列地尔、弥可保联合蒙药萨日-嘎日迪治疗2型糖尿病勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床效果.方法回顾性分析近年内蒙古科尔沁右翼中旗蒙医医院内分泌科收治的230例2型糖尿病型ED、河北港口集团有限公司港口医院内分泌科收治的376例2型糖尿病型ED的临床资料,将两家医院共606例患者分为观察组和对照组各303例,对照组采用硫辛酸、前列地尔、弥可保治疗,观察组在此基础上辅以蒙药萨日-嘎日迪,观察对比两组治疗效果、勃起功能、阴茎勃起硬度及治疗安全性.结果观察组总有效率为84.2%(255/303),高于对照组的64.4%(195/303)(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的IIEF-5评分为(22.5±2.7)分,高于对照组的(17.6±2.2)分(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的EHGS分级为(3.2±0.4)级,高于对照组的(2.5±0.3)级(P<0.05).两组均未发生严重药物不良反应.结论在综合西药治疗基础上辅以蒙药萨日-嘎日迪治疗2型糖尿病型ED可取得更为满意的治疗效果,可有效改善勃起功能及勃起硬度,且治疗安全可靠.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of lipoic acid, alprostadil and mecobal-amin combined with Mongolian medicine Sarge-ghazidi in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with erec-tile dysfunction (ED). Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, clinical data of 230 cases of type 2 diabetes with ED in well-kown horqin right middle banner of Inner Mongolia Mongolian medi-cine and 376 cases of type 2 diabetes with ED in Hebei port group co., LTD in recent years were retro-spectively analyzed. A total of 606 patients were divided into observation group and control group, 303 cases in each group, control group received lipoic acid, alprostadil, mecobalamin treatment, observa-tion group received Mongolian medicine sare-gadidi on the basis of control group. Two groups of treat-ment effect, erectile function, penile erectile hardness and safety were observed and compared. Re-sults The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than in the control group (84. 2%vs. 64. 4%,P<0. 05). The IIEF-5 score of the observation group after treatment was (22. 5 ± 2. 7), higher than that of the control group(17. 6 ± 2. 2)(P<0. 05). After treatment, the EHGS grade in the observation group was (3. 2 ± 0. 4), higher than (2. 5 ± 0. 3) in the control group(P<0. 05). No se-rious adverse drug reactions occurred in either group. Conclusions On the basis of comprehensive western medicine treatment, the treatment of type 2 diabetes ED with Mongolian medicine Sarge-gha-zidi can achieve more satisfactory therapeutic effect, can effectively improve the erectile function and e-rectile hardness, and the treatment is safe and reliable.
