摘要
研究了7个食用木薯种质的农艺性状、产量、淀粉含量、氢氰酸含量、胡萝卜素含量和蛋白质含量。结果表明7个食用木薯种质各有所长,均有作为新品种选育或作为育种亲本创制新种质的应用前景,其中2014-68和14S-35产量和淀粉含量极高,产量分别达60.9±13.0t/hm^2、53.7±8.7t/hm^2,淀粉含量较高,而氢氰酸低,可以做工业与食用兼用品种;14S-36和2014-41胡萝卜素含量极高,分别达1330μg/100g和1600μg/100g,分别比对照高410%、513%,故薯肉自带诱人的鲜艳黄色,且产量较高,可作特异木薯食用品种;老挝6、14S-35和贵港食用的蛋白质含量较高,分别比对照高74%、44%和28%。
Studied the agronomic traits,yield,starch content,hydrocyanic acid content, carotene content and protein content of seven edible cassava germplasms. Results show that all tested germplasms with their own advantages can be used as breeding parents to cultivate new germplasm. Among them,2014-68 and 14S-35 with high yield ( 60.9 ±13.0 t/hm^2 and 53.7±8.7 t/hm^2 respectively),high starch content and low hydrocyanic acid content,can be used as food and industrial material;14S-36 and 2014-41 with high yield,high carotene content (1330 ug/100 g and 1600 ug/100 g,410 % and 513 % higher than the control,respectively) and attractive bright yellow color,is a specific edible variety;Laos 6,14S-35 and Guigang have high protein content,presenting 74 %,44 % and 28 % higher than the control, respectively.
