摘要
以盐酸萘乙二胺溶液为显色剂,讨论了波长,溶液酸度,显色剂用量及显色时间,确定了最佳显色反应参数,测定了格尔木市市售熟肉制品中亚硝酸盐残留量。实验结果表明:在538nm为波长,溶液pH值3.0,显色剂用量2mL,显色时间15min,在0.1~2.0mg·L^-1范围内,获得标准曲线方程y=0.0308x+0.0029,R2=0.9998,检出限为0.02mg·L^-1。4个浓度水平的加标回收率均值99.2%,RSD1.21%。该方法测定结果稳定、可靠,灵敏度较高,结果令人满意。
Naphthalene ethylenediamine hydrochloride solution was used as chromogenic reagent. Wavelength, acidity, dosage of chromogenic reagent and chromogenic time were discussed. The optimum chromogenic reaction parameters were determined and the residual nitrite in cooked meat products sold in Golmud market was determined. The experimental results showed that the standard curve equation y=0.0308x+0.0029, R2=0.9998 and the detection limit Was 0.02mg·L^-1 with wavelength 538nm, solution pH value 3.0, dosage of chromogenic agent 2mL and chromogenic time 15 min, in the range of 0.1 ~2.0mg·L^-1. The average recovery was 99.2% and RSD was 1.21% at four concentration levels. The results of this method are stable, reliable, sensitive and satisfactory.
