摘要
目的:观察焦虑症患者应用黄连阿胶汤联合丁螺环酮的治疗效果。方法:选取医院收治的124例焦虑症患者的临床资料,依照随机数字表法将其分成对照组与研究组各62例,对照组患者予以常规丁螺环酮治疗,研究组患者予以黄连阿胶汤联合丁螺环酮治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后HAMA评分、生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:经治疗后两组HAMA评分均降低,但研究组治疗4周后下降幅度(11.49±1.73)分、治疗8周后下降幅度(6.79±1.12)分均大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后物质生活功能评分(72.46±8.41)分、心理功能评分(73.04±6.87)分、社会功能评分(72.35±7.19)分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后不良反应发生率为6.45%,显著低于对照组的29.03%(P<0.05)。结论:焦虑症患者应用黄连阿胶汤联合丁螺环酮治疗,有助于提高焦虑症病情控制效果,降低不良反应发生风险,提升患者生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction combined with buspirone in the treatment of anxiety disorders.Methods:124patients with anxiety disorders were selected from July 2015to July 2016.They were divided into control group and research group according to the digital random method,62cases in each group.The former was treated with buspirone routinely,and the latter was treated with Coptis Ejiao Decoction combined with buspirone.The differences of HAMA score,quality of life score and adverse reactions between the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:After treatment,the HAMA scores of both groups decreased,but the decrease of the study group in 4weeks and 8weeks was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of material life function,psychological function,social function and social function were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions after treatment was 6.45%in the study group,which was significantly lower than 29.03%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction combined with buspirone in the treatment of anxiety disorders is helpful to improve the control effect of anxiety disorders,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and promote a higher quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
