摘要
目的:观察黄芪枳实汤对乳腺癌患者人表皮生长因子受体~2(human epidermal growth factor receptor-2)及生活质量(quality of life,QOL)评分的影响。方法:以本院2016年8月~2018年2月收治的76例乳腺癌患者为对象,按电脑数字表法随机分为2组,每组各38例,对照组予以常规化疗,实验组于常规化疗基础上予以黄芪枳实汤,对比两组治疗前后HER-2、免疫功能及生存质量。结果:治疗后,实验组HER-2阳性表达率是26.32%,较对照组的55.26%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组QOL评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪枳实汤可降低乳腺癌患者HER-2阳性表达,并改善患者免疫功能与生存质量。
Objective: Discussing the effect of Huangqi Zhishi Decoction for patients of mammary cancer and its influence on the level of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 ( HER-2) and quality of life ( QOL) score. Methods: A total of 76cases of patients with mammary cancer who were admitted to our hospital from August 2016to February 2018were randomly divided into two groups according to computer digit table methods,38cases patients in each group,the controlled group was received conventional chemotherapy,on the basis of the experimental was treatment with Huangqi Zhishi Decoction,and the HER-2,immune function and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: After treatment,in the experimental group,the positive expression rate of HER-2was 26.32%,which was lower than that of the controlled group 55. 26%, with statistically significant ( P<0.05).After treatment,in the experimental group,the levels of CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ were better than those of the controlled group,with statistically significant ( P<0.05). After treatment,in the experimental group,the QOL score was higher than that of the controlled group,with statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion: Using Huangqi Zhishi Decoction in the treatment of mammary cancer patients can reduce the positive expression of HER-2,as well as improve their immune function and quality of life.
