腹腔镜下直肠癌术后VEGF及PCNA表达水平与预后的关系 被引量:1

Correlation between expression of VEGF, PCNA and the prognosis of laparoscopic rectal cancer

摘要 目的观察血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及核增殖抗原(PCNA)在直肠癌腹腔镜手术组织中的表达情况,研究VEGF及PCNA在直肠癌中的表达及对直肠癌腹腔镜术后预后判断的作用。方法回顾性研究30例直肠癌腹腔镜手术的患者,应用免疫组织化学法检测腹腔镜手术组织中VEGF及PCNA的表达,并与30例直肠息肉组织进行对照。同时随访观察,应用免疫组织化学法检测50例直肠癌组织和50例直肠息肉组织中VEGF及PCNA的表达,分析VEGF及PCNA的表达与直肠癌手术预后的关系。结果在回顾性研究中,VEGF及PCNA在直肠癌组织中阳性表达为63.33%及42.17±5.20,高于直肠息肉组织中的表达,差异显著(P<0.05)。在随访患者中,VEGF及PCNA在直肠癌组织中阳性表达为66.00%及47.98±6.75,分别高于直肠息肉组织中的阳性表达,差异显著(P<0.05)。VEGF的表达与结直肠癌复发有关。结论 VEGF及PCNA在直肠癌中高表达,VEGF可以作为直肠癌复发的标记物。 Objective To observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) and nuclear proliferating antigen ( PCNA) in laparoscopic surgery of rectal cancer, and to investigate its role in the prognosis of rectal cancer after laparoscopic surgery. Methods A retrospective study of 30 patients with laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer was performed by im? munohistochemistry to detect the expression of VEGF and PCNA , and compared with 30 cases of rectal polyps. At the same time, the expression of VEGF and PCNA in 50 rectal cancer tis? sues and 50 rectal polyps tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of VEGF and PCNA and the prognosis of rectal cancer was analyzed. Results In retrospective studies, the positive expression of VEGF and PCNA in rectal cancer tissues was 63. 33% and 42. 17 ±5. 20, which was higher than that in rectal polyps ( P <0. 05 ). In the follow-up patients, the positive expressions of VEGF and PCNA in rectal cancer tissues were 66. 00% and 47. 98 ±6. 75 , which were higher than those in rectal polyps, and the difference was significant ( P < 0. 05 ). The expression of VEGF was associated with recurrence of colorectal cancer. Conclusion VEGF and PCNA are highly expressed in rectal cancer, and VEGF can be used as a marker for recurrence of rectal cancer.
