摘要
为提升石灰岩沥青混合料性能并替代资源紧缺的玄武岩,中路高科高分子材料有限公司研发出一种新型有机添加剂。对该新型有机添加剂对沥青混合料路用性能、抗衰变特性的提升效果进行研究,通过对比试验发现,相比常规石灰岩、玄武岩沥青混合料,掺加强固剂的石灰岩沥青混合料高温稳定性显著提升,构造深度、抗滑性能略微下降(通过级配针对性设计进行优化),沥青混合料表面功能衰变明显较小。综合分析试验数据,加入强固剂的石灰岩沥青混合料可以代替常规玄武岩沥青混合料,提升混合料性能并缓解玄武岩资源紧缺的现状。
In order to improve the performance of limestone asphalt mixture and replace scarce basalt, Zhonglugaoke Macromolecular Materials Co. Ltd. developed a new type of organic additive. Therefore, the improvement effect of this new organic additive on the road performance and anti - decay characteristics of asphalt mixture are studied, the characteristics of this new organic additive are understood, and the design target comparison test is designed. Compared with the conventional limestone and basalt asphalt mixture, the high temperature stability of the limestone asphalt mixture mixed with the cementing agent is significantly improved, the structure depth and anti - slip performance are slightly reduced (optimized by the graded targeted design), and the surface function of the asphalt mixture decay significantly less. Based on the test data, the limestone asphalt mixture with limestone strengthening agent can replace the conventional basalt asphalt mixture , improve the performance of mixture and alleviate the shortage of basalt resources.
