煤化工危险废物处置场地下水污染控制措施研究

摘要 简述内蒙古某煤化工园区危险废物处置场的概况,阐述地下水污染源头控制措施主要包括采取安全填埋场填埋、结晶盐暂存区作业方式,末端控制措施包括分区防渗设计及防渗施工质量控制、渗滤液收集导排及其相应处理,并设置地下水监控井以及膜间电学长期渗漏检测等以建立覆盖场地的地下水长期监控系统,制定防止地下水污染的应急预案。即须采取以减少渗滤液产生量为主的主动控制措施、以项目区防渗和渗漏污染物收集处理为主的被动控制措施和地下水污染监控与应急措施,才能有效避免或减轻煤化工危险废物对地下水环境的不良影响。 This paper introduced the general circumstance of hazardous waste disposal site in one coal chemical industrial park in Inner Mongolia,the control measurements which were for groundwater pollution sources were demonstrated,the safe landfill site landfill and crystalline salt temporarily storage area operation method were included,the end control measurements included partition seepage prevention design,anti-seepage construction quality control,leachate collection and guide discharge and the relative treatment,meanwhile,the groundwater monitoring well,and long-term leak detection using intermembrane electrical method were set to establish long-term ground water monitoring system which could cover the whole site,the emergency plan to prevent the groundwater pollution was formulated as well.Some active control measures for reducing leachate production should be adopted,as well as some passive control measures which were mainly for seepage prevention of the site and leakage pollutant collection and treatment,some groundwater pollution monitoring and emergency measurements should also be adopted,therefore,the bad effect of coal chemical industry hazardous waste on groundwater could be prevented or reduced effectively.
