摘要
目的探究产程活跃期个性化活动联合第二产程自主式用力应用于产妇分娩的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年3月无锡市惠山区第二人民医院收治的行常规干预的住院分娩产妇68例作为对照组,另选取2018年4月至2018年6月收治的行产程活跃期个性化活动联合第二产程自主式用力干预的住院分娩产妇68例作为观察组。对比两组分娩方式、第二产程时间及产后出血率。结果观察组阴道顺产率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组第二产程时间及产后出血率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对分娩产妇行产程活跃期个性化活动联合第二产程自主式用力干预可有效提高阴道顺产率,缩短第二产程时间,降低产后出血率,值得大力推广。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized activities in the active phase combined with the second stage of labor autonomous application in maternal delivery. Methods From January to March of 2018, 68 puerperae receiving routine intervention in our hospital were selected as the control group. Sixty-eight puerperae who underwent the integrate of individualized activities in the active phase and the second stage of labor autonomous application in our hospital from April to June of 2018 were selected as the observation groups. The delivery modes, the second birth courses and the rates of postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups were compared. Results The rate of eutocia in the observation group was higher than that of the control group significantly ( P <0.05). The second birth course and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were lower than those of the control group significantly ( P <0.05). Conclusions Individualized activities in the active phase combined with the second stage of labor autonomous application can increase the rate of eutocia, shorten the second birth course and reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage, which is worthy of promoting.
