前列腺癌组织中TGF-β1和E-cadherin蛋白的表达及临床意义 被引量:7

The expression and clinical significance of TGF-β1 and E-cadherin protein in prostate cancer tissues

摘要 目的探讨转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)在前列腺癌组织中蛋白表达的临床意义。方法收集前列腺癌组织50例,以良性前列腺增生组织25例作为对照,应用免疫组织化学技术分别检测2种组织中TGF-β1、E-cadherin的表达情况。结果 TGF-β1在前列腺癌组织及良性前列腺增生组织的阳性表达率分别为70.00%、24.00%(P<0.01);E-cadherin在2种组织中的阳性表达率分别为48.00%、84.00%(P<0.01)。TGF-β1和E-cadherin在2种组织中的表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时TGF-β1表达的升高与前列腺癌的不同分化程度、不同临床分期及骨转移密切相关(P<0.05)。E-cadherin表达的降低与前列腺癌的不同临床分期及骨转移密切相关(P<0.05)。TGF-β1与E-cadherin在前列腺癌组织中的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌中TGF-β1蛋白的高表达与E-cadherin蛋白的表达降低在其发生、发展中可能发挥重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and E-cadherin in prostate cancer(Pca). Methods Fifty cases of Pca tissues and twenty-five cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) tissues were selected to detect the expression of TGF-β1 and E-cadherin protein by means of immunohistochemical streptavidin/peroxidase technique. Results The expressions of TGF-β1 in Pca and BPH positive expression rate were 70.00% and 24.00%(P<0.01) respectively;the expressions of E-cadherin in Pca and BPH positive expression rate were 48.00% and 84.00%(P<0.01) respectively;the expressions of TGF-β1 and E-cadherin in Pca and BPH tissues was of statistical significance(P<0.05). In Pca group, the high expressions of TGF-β1 was related to the pathological grading, clinical stage, bone metastasis(P<0.05);the low expressions of E-cadherin was related to the clinical stage, bone metastasis(P<0.05). The expressions of TGF-β1 were negatively correlated to the expressions of E-cadherin(P<0.05). Conclusion The high expression of TGF-β1 and the low expression of E-cadherin maybe involved in the progress and carcinogenesis of Pca.
