摘要
为实现天然气长输管道压缩机组远程监控与故障诊断的统一集中管理,基于5G通讯技术,将远程监控与故障诊断技术相结合,构建了压缩机组远程监控与故障诊断技术服务平台。该项技术研究利用由5G移动服务商提供的数据传输服务,将全线各站机组的运行数据发送至管理中心的技术服务平台,建立了长输管道压缩机组运行信息大数据库;并结合已有的压缩机厂家机组控制及监控系统可实现对全线压缩机组的远程监控、运行分析和故障诊断等统一集中管理,这可使相关技术人员实时掌握机组运行情况,提高机组运行和管理水平,为海外长输天然气管线压缩机组的运行、保养和故障分析提供有效的技术保障。
In order to realize the centralized management of the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis for compressor unit of long distance pipeline,based on 5G communication technology remote monitoring is integrated with fault diagnosis technology,and establishes the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis technology service platform for compressor unit.The technical research uses the data transmission service provided by 5G mobile communication providers to transmit the operation data of all compressor units to the technology service platform in the management center,builds a large operation information database of long distance pipeline compressor unit.Combining with existing compressor unit control and monitoring system operated by compressor manufacturers,the centralized management of all compressor units such as remote monitoring,operation analysis and fault diagnosis can be realized.It can enable the relevant technical personnel access the operation conditions of the unit in real time,improve the unit operation and management level,and provide effective technical support for the operation,maintenance and fault diagnosis of the compressor units of overseas long distance pipeline.
