摘要
海底管道服役条件苛刻,发生事故会对生态环境造成较大影响,采用完整性管理对提高海底管道运行安全性具有重要意义。通过调研国内外海底管道完整性管理的技术发展现状,研究了海底管道完整性管理核心技术,即风险评价技术、检测技术、完整性评价技术和维修维护,展望了国内海底管道完整性管理技术的发展,提出了我国海底管道完整性管理技术的改进方向,创新研究并建立适合我国的管道完整性管理体系是保障海底管道安全运行的一项重要工作。
The harsh service conditions of submarine pipeline and great impact will exerted on the ecological environment by accidents,so the adoption of integrity management for submarine pipelines contain great significance in improving the submarine pipeline operation safety.The current situation of technological development in integrity management of submarine pipeline both at home and abroad is investigated,the core technologies of submarine pipeline integrity management are studied,namely risk evaluation technology,detection technology,integrity assessment technology,repair and maintenance technology.The technological development of submarine pipeline integrity management in China is looked forward to,and the improvement direction of domestic submarine pipeline integrity management is proposed.Innovative study and establishing suitable pipeline integrity management system for China is the important work for guaranteeing the safe operation of submarine pipeline.
