Research advances of exosomes from human mesenchymal stem cells

摘要 外泌体是一种能被大多数细胞分泌的微小膜泡,具有脂质双层膜结构,直径为40~100nm,密度为1.13~1.18g/ml。随着以干细胞技术为核心的再生医学的发展,间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cell,MSC)被广泛应用于多种疾病的治疗,研究表明,MSC来源的外泌体通过核内体途径产生,能够起到与干细胞相似的生理作用,能够保护肾脏损伤、减少心肌缺血和再灌注损伤、保护内毒素诱导的肺损伤、调节免疫系统功能等[1]。
