摘要 运用SWOT分析、文献资料等方法,本文综合而客观地分析了青海M大学旅游管理专业的优势及机遇,同时也面临发展劣势和挑战.最后从优化人才培养方案,加强课程建设;加强师资队伍建设,提高教学和科研水平;强化专业能力培养,建设实验室和实训基地;探索新机制,加强与旅游企事业单位合作四个角度提出了针对性发展建议,以期为高校旅游管理专业跨越式、可持续发展提供依据. Using SWOT analysis, literature and other methods, this paper comprehensively and objectively analyzes the advantages and opportunities of the tourism management specialty of Qinghai M University, and also faces development disadvantages and challenges. Finally, from optimizing the personnel training program, strengthening the curriculum construction;strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, improving the level of teaching and research;strengthening the professional ability training, building laboratories and training bases;exploring new mechanisms, strengthening cooperation with tourism enterprises and institutions from four perspectives Targeted development proposals, in order to provide a basis for the leaping and sustainable development of college tourism management.
