仿生超疏水材料在寒区土石坝防渗的应用前景与展望 被引量:8

摘要 本文介绍了国家的水利工作方向以及土石坝的国内外现状,指出渗漏是水闸、土石坝等水工建筑物所面临的最大问题,介绍仿生超疏水材料的发现、定义以及制备方法并且列举了一些国内外的研究成果;最后,介绍仿生超疏水材料在寒区土石坝的设计及原理,指出了仿生超疏材料因抗冻性好适合寒区应用的特点,也指出了其耐久性较差,生产成本较高的工程应用缺点。 The paper reviews the application prospect of bionic super-hydrophobic materials for seepage prevention of earth-rock dams in cold regions. First, briefly introduce the direction of water conservancy work and the current situation of earth-rock dams at home and abroad. It is pointed out that seepage is the most serious problem for the hydraulic structures such as sluice gates and earth-rock dams. Then, introduce the discovery, definition and preparation method of bionic super hydrophobic materials, and some research achievements home and abroad are listed such as etching method, sol-gel method, template method, phase separation technique, electrospinning method and self-assembly method. Finally, the design and theory of bionic super hydrophobic materials in cold region are introduced, and point out that the materials are suitable for cold regions due to its good frost resistance, as well as the disadvantages such as poor durability and high production cost.
