摘要
由于对社会历史规律和社会发展终极目标的理解存在偏差,有学者错误地将历史唯物主义解读为某种“宿命论”和“目的论”,从而进一步质疑马克思主义存在着“为资本主义之恶作辩护”的“道德困境”。准确理解历史唯物主义所言说的社会历史规律的过程内涵,正确认识马克思主义以人的自由全面发展为终极目标的价值旨趣,是剖析历史唯物主义对资本主义之评价向度的关键,也是把握历史唯物主义之现实意义的重点。只有破除历史唯物主义“宿命论”与“目的论”的双重误读,才能对“马克思主义存在道德困境”的质疑展开针对性的反驳,而这一过程也是对马克思主义之正确性和崇高性的一次再认识。
Due to their misunderstandings of the law and ultimate objective of social development, some scholars wrongly interpreted historical materialism as a kind of "fatalism" and "finalism", and further questioned Marxism for the "moral dilemma", namely that Marxism is suspected of de fending for the "evilness of Capitalism". Accurately understanding the process connotation of so cial development law advocated by historical materialism and correctly recognizing the value pur port of people’s comprehensive development upheld by Marxism is the key to the evaluation of his torical materialism on capitalism and also to the realization of practical significance of historical ma terialism. Only by eliminating the double misunderstandings of "fatalism" and "finalism" in histor ical materialism, can we refute the questioning of "moral dilemma of Marxism". The process is al so the further understanding of the correctness and loftiness of Marxism.
