摘要
为提高客运企业对营运安全的管理水平,综合考虑营运班线的各项特征,建立基于组合权重可拓物元理论的客运班线安全管理水平评价模型,确定了包含驾驶员、车辆、营运线路信息以及企业综合管理的安全评价指标体系,充分考虑不同因素对客运班线安全管理水平的影响差异,提出改善管理的针对性建议。实例验证结果表明:处于相同综合管理水平的客运班线,其在驾驶员、车辆、线路信息或企业管理方面存在一定差异,应采取不同的改善措施。
To improve the management level of passenger transportation enterprises’ operational safety,comprehensively considering the characteristics of the operating line,a passenger transportation line safety management level evaluation model based on the combination weight and extension matter-element theory is established,and the safety evaluation index system containing the driver,vehicle,operation line information and enterprise comprehensive management are determined.The safety evaluation index system fully considers the differences in the impact of different factors on the safety management level of passenger transportation lines,and put forward targeted suggestions for improving management.The results of the example verification show that there are some differences in the passenger,service,vehicle,line information or enterprise management of the passenger transportation line at the same comprehensive management level,and different improvement measures should be taken.
