摘要
为了保证断相后电机控制系统的安全可靠运行,针对星形联结的永磁同步电机(PMSM),该文提出一种基于四桥臂拓扑的断相容错控制策略。首先根据断相后绕组电流和电压之间的关系,建立基于三相四桥臂拓扑的断相电机数学模型,解算出非故障相的补偿电流,并且利用相补偿电流与零轴电流的等效关系,计算出零轴电流参考控制量。针对传统前馈零轴电压补偿策略的不足,为了进一步提高零轴电流的跟踪控制性能,根据期望的动静特性设计出零轴电流闭环内模控制器,从而实现零轴电流的高精度跟踪控制。仿真与实验结果表明,与传统前馈零轴电压补偿策略相比,该文提出的基于四桥臂拓扑的PMSM断相容错控制策略具有更好的稳态特性。
This paper proposes a fault tolerant strategy based on four-leg voltage source inverter for the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drives system to ensure safe and reliable operation in case of single-phase open circuit.Firstly,due to the relationship of the current and voltage of non-fault phase,the mathematical model of the three-phase four-leg topology is established,and the compensation current of non-fault phase is derived.Then,using the equivalent relationship between the phase compensation current and the zero-axis current,the zero-axis current reference control amount is calculated.Furthermore,in order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional zero-axis voltage compensation strategy and improve the zero-axis current tracking performance,the design of the zero-axis current closedloop internal model controller (IMC) based on the desired dynamic and static characteristics,so as to achieve high-precision zero-axis current tracking control.Finally,the simulation and experimental results show that compared with the traditional feedforward zero-axis voltage compensation strategy,the proposed fault tolerant strategy based on four-leg topology has better steady-state characteristics.
