摘要 液化石油气储罐是属于特种设备压力容器,在使用的过程中可能会出现表面缺陷,而磁粉检测是表面缺陷最重要的方法之一。本文介绍了液化石油气储罐在使用过程中可能出现的缺陷类型以及缺陷出现的部位,介绍了针对这些缺陷磁粉检测的各个操作步骤和要点,并初步介绍了磁痕显示的特征,以及对缺陷的后处理方法,对液化石油气储罐的磁粉检测具有重要意义。 Liquefied petroleum gas storage tanks are pressure vessels of special equipment. Surface defects may occur during use,and magnetic particle testing is one of the most important methods for surface defects. This paper introduces the types of defects that may occur during the use of liquefied petroleum gas storage tanks and the locations where defects appear. The various operating steps and points of magnetic powder detection for these defects are introduced,and the characteristics of magnetic trace display and the defects are introduced. The post-treatment method is of great significance for the detection of magnetic powder in liquefied petroleum gas storage tanks.
