摘要
食品流通追溯信息系统可实现一定区域范围内食品流通的过程跟踪与追溯。IT服务管理(IT Service Management,ITSM)结合信息系统管理活动中的变更、资产等管理内容,由服务级别协议(SLA)来保证IT服务质量的协同流程,从而提高组织系统运行维护支持的能力及水平。运用ITSM技术,规范追溯系统运行工作,为食品流通追溯信息系统应用推广提供决策支撑数据,使食品流通追溯系统的管理者全面了解食品追溯系统的运行和管理的情况,从而保障该信息系统的稳定运行,为食品安全监管提供有力支撑。
Food circulation traceability information system can realize food circulation traceability in a certain area.ITSM(IT service management) combined the management contents such as changes and assets in information system management activities.SLA(Service level agreement) ensured the collaborative process of IT service quality,so as to improve the ability and level of organizational system operation and maintenance support.ITSM technology was used to standardize the operation of traceability system,and to provide decision support data for the application and popularization of food circulation traceability information system.It enabled the managers of the food circulation traceability system to have a comprehensive understanding of the operation and management of the food traceability system,so as to ensure the stable operation of the information system and provide strong support for food safety supervision.
