摘要
目的研究脑梗死继发认知障碍应用补肾益髓汤配以头针治疗的临床效果。方法对照组给予西医常规治疗。在此基础上,观察组给予补肾益髓汤配以头针治疗。结果观察组治疗1个月及3个月的中医证候积分显著优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死继发认知障碍应用补肾益髓汤配以头针治疗可有效改善临床症状,获得良好效果。
Objective To study clinical effects of kidney-nourishing and marrow-benefiting decoction combined with scalp acupuncture in the treatment of cognitive impairment secondary to cerebral infarction.Methods Conventional western medicine was adopted in the control group.Kidney-nourishing and marrow-benefiting decoction combined with scalp acupuncture was employed in the observation group based on conventional western medicine.Results The TCM syndrome scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05) after one month and three months after treatments.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of kidney-nourishing and marrow-benefiting decoction combined with scalp acupuncture in the treatment of cognitive impairment secondary to cerebral infarction with can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and obtain favorable treatment results.
