摘要
目的探析集束化护理干预措施对胃癌患者的术后饮食知识掌握度及胃肠功能恢复的价值.方法选取2014年1月至2018年12月在我院经胃癌手术的80例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对比两组患者的护理满意度,术后饮食知识的掌握度及两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况.结果实行观察组护理满意度为87.5%比对照组护理满意度65.0%高,两者比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃癌术后合理饮食知识掌握度平均分数为88.3±6.5分比对照组的65.4±5.7分高,两者比较具有统计学意义(P<0.001),且在饮食内容、饮食方法、饮食注意事项占及饮食相关术后并发症知识方面,观察组也均高于对照组,所有四项比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组在肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便/排气时间、进食时间及术后住院时间方面均低于对照组,所有项目比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论对胃癌术后患者采取集束化护理干预措施比常规护理取得了更好的护理满意度,掌握胃癌术后饮食知识也更全面,同时对于胃肠功能的恢复方面也取得了积极的效果,值得应用推广.
Objective To investigate the value of clustering nursing interventions in postoperative dietary knowledge and recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Eighty patients who underwent gastric cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The satisfaction of the two groups of patients, the mastery of postoperative dietary knowledge and two The recovery of gastrointestinal function in the group. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 87.5% higher than that of the control group, which was 65.0% higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The average score of reasonable dietary knowledge after surgery in the observation group was 88.3±6.5. The scores were higher than the control group of 65.4±5.7, which was statistically significant (P<0.001), and the observation group also had knowledge of dietary content, dietary methods, dietary considerations, and diet-related postoperative complications. Compared with the control group, all four comparisons were statistically significant (P<0.001);the observation group was lower than the control group in terms of bowel sound recovery time, first bowel movement/exhaustion time, eating time, and postoperative hospital stay. All items were statistically significant (P<0.001).Conclusion The interventional measures for patients with gastric cancer after surgery have achieved better nursing satisfaction than conventional nursing. The knowledge of postoperative gastric cancer is more comprehensive, and it has also achieved positive effects on the recovery of gastrointestinal function. It is worth applying for promotion.
