摘要
目的研讨医院抗菌药物在药剂科强化管理下的合理使用情况.方法我院于2018年8月强化药剂科管理,选择强化管理前(2018年1月至7月)、管理后(2018年8月至2019年1月)各300张处方,对其抗菌药物合理使用情况进行分析与评估.结果(1)药剂科不同管理阶段的抗菌药物使用情况:强化管理后,我院的抗菌药物使用率由管理前的55.0%降至39.3%,管理前后抗菌药物使用率比较,P<0.05;(2)药剂科不同管理阶段的抗菌药物合理使用情况:我院强化药剂科管理后,有112张(94.9%)处方的抗菌药物使用合理,较管理前的117张(70.9%)显著提高,P<0.05,有统计学意义.结论加强医院药剂科对抗菌药物的管理,能够降低抗菌药物的临床使用率,保障抗菌药物的合理应用,值得推荐.
Objective To study the rational use of antibiotics in hospital under the intensive management of Pharmacy Department. Methods In August 2018, our hospital strengthened the management of pharmacy department. 300 prescriptions were selected before (January to July 2018) and after (August 2018 to January 2019) to analyze and evaluate the rational use of antibiotics. Results (1) the use of antibacterial drugs in different management stages of pharmacy department: after intensive management, the utilization rate of antibacterial drugs in our hospital decreased from 55.0% to 39.3% before and after management, and the usage rate of antibacterial drugs before and after management was significantly higher than that before management (P<0.05);(2) rational use of antibiotics at different management stages in pharmacy department: after strengthening the management of pharmacy department in our hospital, 112 prescriptions (94.9%) had rational use of antibacterial drugs, which was significantly higher than 117 (70.9%) before management, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. Conclusion Strengthening the management of antibacterial drugs in the pharmacy department of hospital can reduce the clinical utilization rate of antibacterial drugs and ensure the rational application of antibacterial drugs, which is worthy of recommendation.
