摘要
目的了解松花粉预防化疗所致恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组(50例)单用昂丹司琼止吐;观察组(50例)在对照组的基础上加用松花粉止吐,松花粉于化疗前1d开始服用,至此次化疗疗程结束。观察两组化疗开始后第1-5d恶性呕吐的发生次数及严重程度,计算两组的止吐有效率,评价化疗前后两组的生命质量。结果观察组恶性呕吐的发生次数及严重程度均明显低于对照组,止吐有效率明显高于对照组,观察组的生命质量评分明显高于对照组。结论松花粉能够有效预防化疗所致恶心呕吐。
Objective To understand the clinical effects of Pine Pollen in preventing vomiting induced by chemotherapy. Methods 50 patients were randomized into two groups: control group in which 50 cases were treated with Ondansetron and observation groups 50 cases were treated with Pine Pollen and Ondansetron. A day before chemotherapy,Pine Pollen was beginning to be continuously used until the end of chemotherapy. The frequency and severity of malignant and vomiting on the 1 st to 5 th day after the start of chemotherapy in the two groups were observed, and the control rate of vomiting of the two groups was calculated, evaluate the quality of life of the two groups before and after chemotherapy. Results The frequency and severity of malignant and vomiting in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The control rate of vomiting was significantly higher than that of the control group, the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Pine Pollen had a good curative effect on the treatment of the vomiting induced by chemotherapy.
