摘要
目的对卵巢囊肿行腹腔镜手术治疗患者的临床护理方法进行探讨,观察护理效果,为临床实践提供参考。方法将2018年期间行腹腔镜手术治疗的36例卵巢囊肿患者作为临床研究对象,分设护理研究组与护理对照组,每组随机分配患者18例。对护理对照组患者实施常规护理,对护理研究组患者实施优质护理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果与护理对照组患者相比,护理研究组患者的术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间显著更短,对比差异具有统计学意义。结论对卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术治疗患者实施优质护理,可以加快患者的术后康复速度,缩短患者住院时间,值得加强临床推广与实践。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing methods of patients with ovarian cyst treated by laparoscopic surgery, and observe the nursing effect, so as to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods Thirty-six patients with ovarian cysts who underwent laparoscopic surgery during 2018 were divided into nursing research group and nursing control group. Eighteen patients were randomly assigned to each group. Routine nursing was given to the patients in the nursing control group and high quality nursing was given to the patients in the nursing research group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the patients in the nursing control group,the time of anal exhaust, time of getting out of bed and time of hospitalization in the nursing research group were significantly shorter, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing for patients with ovarian cyst treated by laparoscopic surgery can accelerate the recovery speed and shorten the hospitalization time of patients, it is worth strengthening clinical promotion and practice.
