摘要
化疗是恶性肿瘤治疗的重要手段之一,很多肿瘤在综合治疗中都需要化疗的参与,尤其是中晚期肿瘤,化疗是控制肿瘤,缓解症状的主要方法。化疗药物有诸多不良反应,血小板降低则是不良反应中的普遍现象,血小板降低会有自发性出血的风险,引起脑出血、心脏出血、鼻出血、口腔黏膜出血等,严重时会危及生命。因此,血小板低下的护理显得尤为重要,本文就1例鼻咽癌化疗后出现血小板低下进行护理讨论,内容如下。
Chemotherapy is one of the important methods in the treatment of malignant tumors, many tumors need to be involved in the comprehensive treatment, especially in the middle and late stage of tumor, chemotherapy is the main method to control the tumor and relieve the symptoms. Chemotherapy drugs have many adverse reactions, platelet reduction is a common phenomenon in the adverse reactions, platelet reduction will have the risk of spontaneous bleeding, causing cerebral hemorrhage, cardiac bleeding, epistaxis, oral mucosa bleeding, and so on.It can be life-threatening when it is serious. Therefore, the nursing care of thrombocytopenia is particularly important.This paper discusses the nursing care of a case of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with low platelet after chemotherapy, the contents of which are as follows.
