摘要
目的探讨二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2015年2月至2018年5月就诊于本院妇产科的120例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予单纯炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,实验组则采用二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,比较两组治疗后排卵率、妊娠率及血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)和胰岛素抵抗改善情况。结果治疗前,两组患者LH、FSH、T及胰岛素抵抗指数测定结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组LH、T和胰岛素抵抗指数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),FSH水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后排卵率及妊娠率比较,实验组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征能快速改善患者性激素水平和胰岛素抵抗水平,提高排卵率和妊娠率,具有推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of metformin combined with ethinyl estradiol progesterone tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases each.The control group was treated with ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets,and the experimental group was treated with metformin combined with ethinyl estradiol progesterone tablets.The ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and serum luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicles were compared between the two groups.Stimulating hormone (FSH),testosterone (T) and insulin resistance improvement.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the results of LH,FSH,T and insulin resistance index between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the LH,T and insulin resistance indexes of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05),FSH levels were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate after treatment were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of metformin combined with ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can rapidly improve the level of sex hormones and insulin resistance,improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,and has the value of promotion and application.
