摘要
目的分析中西医结合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择我院收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者84例,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组各42例。对照组采用西医疗法,研究组在西医治疗基础上联合补脾益肾清利法治疗,两组疗程均为3个月。评价临床疗效、肾功能及安全性。结果相对于对照组,研究组治疗总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后BUN水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于对照组,研究组治疗后Scr水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效更佳,可改善患者肾功能,且具有较高的安全性。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 84 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with random number table method,42 patients in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with spleen-nourishing and kidney-nourishing therapy on the basis of western medicine.The treatment course of both groups was 3 months.To evaluate clinical efficacy,renal function and safety.Results compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in BUN level between the two groups (P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the Scr level in the study group was lower after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis has better clinical efficacy,can improve the renal function of patients,and has higher safety.
