摘要
目的探讨优质心理护理在胃癌化疗患者中的应用。方法从2017年6月至2018年6月来我院收治且行化疗的胃癌患者共计70例,根据患者的就诊时间将其分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者则增加使用优质心理护理,比较两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分以及QOL-C30评分。结果护理前,两组患者的SDS评分和SAS评分相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在护理后,研究组患者的SDS评分以及SAS评分要明显低于对照组,显示研究组患者的抑郁程度和焦虑程度都要轻于对照组,而QOL-30评分方面,相较于对照组,研究组患者躯体、角色、情绪、疲劳、恶心呕吐以及失眠等方面的评分要更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是在其他评分以及总体评分方面两组患者的评分则相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在临床胃癌化疗患者的护理中,增加优质心理护理能够有效改善患者的心理情况,这对于临床治疗具有十分积极的意义,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application of high quality psychological nursing in patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy. Methods From June 2017 to June 2018, a total of 70 patients with gastric cancer who underwent chemotherapy in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to the time of the patient’s visit. Patients in the control group were given routine care. Then increase the use of quality psychological care, compare the SAS score, SDS score and QOL-C30 score of the two groups of patients. Results Before treatment, the SDS scores and SAS scores of the two groups were similar, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After the nursing, the SDS scores and SAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The degree of depression and anxiety of the patients in the group were lighter than those in the control group, while in the QOL-30 score, the study group scored lower in terms of body, role, mood, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, and insomnia than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but the scores of the two groups were similar in other scores and overall scores, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of patients with clinical gastric cancer chemotherapy, increasing quality psychological care can effectively improve the psychological condition of patients, which is very positive for clinical treatment and worth promoting.
